This allows a fast and reliable processing of your request.

Consequently, a ticket is automatically generated by the new system. A service representative will then take care of the fastest and most efficient troubleshooting and you’ll be kept updated reliably and continuously on the processing status of your request.

The new centralized support system includes both the second level and third level support. First level support will continue to be provided unchanged by the relevant competent Zfx milling centers, resellers and Zfx partners.
